Before you start
Is Lebsa free?
Yes, the app is free for customers. Shops pay a monthly subscription by plan.
How do I sign in?
With your phone number and a password. A verification code is sent by SMS when you create the account and when you reset your password.
How does a shop join Lebsa?
In the app: create an account, choose «الدخول كمحل» (Switch to shop) in the side menu and enter the shop's details. For help, write to [email protected].
Who sets the prices and rental terms?
Each shop sets its own prices, rental terms and security deposit, shown on the piece's page before booking.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: side menu → «حسابي» (My account) → «حذف الحساب» (Delete account), or by request on the Delete account page.
